Presidential Green Chemistry Award Winners
Session organizer: Green Chemistry Program, Office of Pollution Prevention and Toxics, U.S. EPA
Green chemistry is a science-based approach to designing, developing, and implementing chemical products and processes that have quantifiable environmental benefits and competitive or preferential performance and economic profiles. For more than two decades, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has partnered with academia, industry, and non-governmental organizations to promote green chemistry through research, education, and the Presidential Green Chemistry Challenge Awards. This session is an opportunity for the winners of the 2017 Presidential Green Chemistry Awards to present details on their innovative technologies.
