Don’t miss out on the Communicating Science Workshop at the Conference!
The session is a special opportunity for attendees from all walks of the green and sustainable chemistry and engineering fields to develop their communication skills, specifically around communicating their science. The workshop will focus on the importance of speaking for chemistry and will provide best practices and case studies of successful communication interactions. The workshop’s presenters will demonstrate the diverse reasons for communicating chemistry, and the possibilities and methods that exist to do so successfully.
- Gain a deeper insight into different communications practices
- Acquire methods for targeting different audiences, from students to teachers to policymakers
- Develop your chemistry pitch and practice sharing it
- Learn from experts who have been successful in communicating on behalf of chemistry.
This workshop is open to all conference attendees. Please sign-up for this session as you complete your online Conference registration. The workshop is free-of-charge, however, there is a $25 deposit to guarantee your seat that will be refunded to you upon completion of the workshop.
