The Student Experience commences on June 1st with a Service Project FROM 9 a.m.-3 p.m., demonstrating the conference’s dedication to community engagement. Students collaboratively apply green chemistry principles to make a tangible, positive impact on the local community, emphasizing responsibility and practical sustainability. The Green Chemistry & Engineering Conference (GC&E) is excited to partner with the West Atlanta Watershed Alliance (WaWa) for a day of environmental stewardship, education, and community engagement. This collaborative effort unites professionals, graduate students, and undergraduates in the field of green chemistry and engineering with WaWa, aligning with their mission to improve the quality of life within the West Atlanta Watershed through environmental preservation and community empowerment.
